- Topped with a programmable Roti-Roaster or Star-Clean convection rotisserie, equipped with swings or poultry spits.
Electronic programming and control of time and temperature with digital display and alarm at the end of the cooking process and temperature maintenance at 63°C with a pre-cooking program. - Six cooking programmes and one cleaning programme (option: VAP) with double glazing.
- Curved screen-printed security glass with "Rôtisserie" combined with inner heat-resistant K.GLASS (cold pane).
- On the rear side, access for loading of raw products into the rotisserie and to the packed cooked products in the heated display cabinet.
