Une rutilante rôtissoire argentée du fabricant français Rotisol trône au cœur de ce haut lieu du gril. Bois récupéré, foyer en briques et murs tapissés de jute créent un décor champêtre où le poulet rôti de ferme amish, toujours au menu, côtoie un choix du jour de viande à la broche, comme le canard mariné à l’orange et le gigot d’agneau au romarin.
