- Built to European standards
Body:
- Made with isolated sandwich panels
- Opening lateral right side on all the height
- Opening on the front side with a door of 1.80 x 0.60m for the technical partition
- Opening on the rear side with a door isolated with 3 points closing for the refrigerated partition
We offer customised arrangements for chicken selling including:
- 1 rotisserie partition completely in stainless steel isolated by ‘Nefalite’ with a trap dove rotisserie in order to evacuate burned gas
- 2 Rotisol rotisseries model 1150-SMC6 (6 spits) working with 220V
- 1 technical partition on the front side able to contain 4 x 13Kg gas cylinders
- 1 refrigerated partition on the rear side isolated with an 8cm wall for a volume of 2 cubic metres
- 1 Monobloc 220V with ventilated evaporation
- 1 washbasin, 1 tanker for clean water and 1 for used water
